About the Park Avenue Academy Council
Park Avenue Christian Academy is a ministry of Park Avenue Baptist Church. As such, the Academy’s governance falls under the direct authority of the Governing Elders of PABC. The Academy Council was created to oversee the school ministry and operates under the delegated authority of the Governing Elders of PABC.
The PACA Council consists of the PACA Administrator and between 5-7 members elected from the Park Avenue Baptist Church membership. The primary function of the PACA Council is to guide the Academy in strategic planning; review and assess Academy polices, processes, practices; and evaluate the overall Academy strategy to support the vision of the Church.
